Delivery Rates

To calculate delivery charges, simply add the item to your cart and enter the zip code for the shipping address. We work hard to secure the best delivery rates and service for you through our network of white glove moving partners. Our shippers bid in real time for your business. Rates shown in cart represent the most competitive quotes from our network of fully insured carriers with no mark up. Delivery rates will be calculated based on your shipping address.

Delivery Service Options

White Glove Delivery - Estimated delivery four to seven weeks (allow up to one week to schedule the pickup and three to six weeks transit time depending on location). Our white glove moving partners carefully and securely blanket wrap your furniture purchase to ensure it arrives safely. Upon delivery, they will carefully unwrap the item, provide assembly if needed, and place it in the desired main level location. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Expedited White Glove Delivery - Estimated delivery three to four weeks (allow up to one week to schedule the pickup and two to three weeks transit time depending on location). Expedited White Glove Delivery service includes shipping the item to the city closest to the final destination. Once the item reaches the destination city, you will be contacted by the White Glove moving provider to schedule the delivery date and timeframe. Our white glove moving partners carefully and securely blanket wrap your furniture purchase to ensure it arrives safely. Upon delivery, they will carefully unwrap the item, provide assembly if needed, and place it in the desired main level location. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Residential Curbside Delivery - Estimated two to three weeks for delivery (allow up to one week to schedule the pickup and one to two weeks transit time depending on location). Curbside Delivery service includes delivering an item to the end of your driveway or home. The moving provider will contact you in advance to schedule a date and timeframe for the delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Business Curbside Delivery - Estimated two to three weeks for delivery (allow up to one week to schedule the pickup and one to two weeks transit time depending on location). Curbside Delivery to a business includes delivering an item to the curb of your business. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday from 8am - 12pm. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

FedEx / UPS / USPS - Estimated two to three weeks for delivery (allow up to one week to schedule the pickup and one to two weeks transit time depending on the service selected). Small or lightweight items are carefully packed, bubble wrapped and shipped.

Trade Members

For Viyet trade members, we offer the option to use your own preferred moving provider for order pickup and delivery. Trade members who select this option are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation. The provider must be insured and all sales are final. To take advantage of this benefit, please contact Client Service. To join our trade program, please complete the application here.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we are not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam at this time.

Multiple Deliveries

Please note items ordered together may not arrive together.

Price Adjustment Policy

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within five days of your order date, Viyet would be happy to adjust the sale price for you. The price difference will be refunded to your original form of payment. Price adjustments are excluded on final sale items and orders where a coupon code was applied.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. For orders cancelled outside of the 48 hours, you will be refunded for your order less a 20% restocking fee. Simply notify our client relations team by email at service@viyet.com or call us at 1-844-MY-VIYET (698-4938).

Returns Policy

At Viyet, we take great pride in the quality our merchandise. We carefully inspect every piece on our site for condition and authenticity, and make every effort to fully disclose all details of each piece in our product descriptions and product images.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Service at 1-844-MY-VIYET within two business days of receipt, and we will do our best to assist you. We strive to provide fast and seamless transactions to both our consignors and buyers which is why we are unable to honor a request for return that is received after two business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Returned items must be in their original condition at delivery and include their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
